Driver Interaction and Infotainment is one of the fastest growing areas within Automotive today. Competition is not only limited to traditional automotive competitors. Innovative and fast moving companies like Google and Apple are influencing competition heavily. Volvo Cars has successfully launched a cutting edge Driver Interaction and Infotainment system, and is committed to continuous success.
In your role as product owner for the product area System Integration in the infotainment solution, you are responsible to make a first evaluation of all new baselines and to decide whether it is stable enough to be released to other users or to be rejected. Continuously, you work to optimize this process. You are also responsible for running automated regression tests made by the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and develop automated functional or non-functional tests to cover gaps between requirements. At your disposal, you have one or more teams with testers and test automation engineers.
As the product owner, your main objective and responsibility is to own, build, prioritize, decide and refine stories in your backlog. You participate in discussions with your stakeholders and coordinate tasks with other product owners. You are expected to participate as a member of the extended product management team and review and contribute to the program-level vision and roadmap.
Required qualifications
? Minimum a B.Sc. in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
? Former experience from testing and quality assurance of complex embedded systems
? Fluent in English (written and spoken)
? Valid European driver's license B
Meritorious qualifications
? Extensive knowledge about Driver Interaction and Infotainment at Volvo Cars
? Experience of test automation
? Experience of working with CANoe, Awesome-framework or Robot-framework
