We expect you to run into 100 problems per day, solve some of them, read up on the rest, and attack them again the next day. Hence we expect you to be a great Product Manager who takes pride in your delivery :). Wikinggruppen was initially a small tech startup founded in Hudiksvall. We have been on an amazing success journey since day 1. Last year we merged with Visma Software AB, and we are now on a new journey together, taking Wikinggruppen from being a start-up to a scale-up together as one great company.
Our Mission With Visma Software's e-commerce platform, Wikinggruppen, our mission is to give our merchants the super power needed to compete in today's e-commerce market. By offering Nordic tailored e-commerce with the right integrations, internal system and automatisation we enable our merchants to overperform and stay ahead of competition. We use our deep knowledge in e-commerce to make our thousands of merchants smarter, faster and more cost efficient.
Where do you come in? We are just in the phase of rebuilding our foundation, launching a new user interface/experiences meanwhile we are adding tons of new smart integrations, functions and in house developed products. Our aim is to have 80% of all new merchants on our new offer by 2023. In order to do this we need to strengthen our team with a Product Manager that wants to help us make sure that we deliver the best possible SME Nordic SaaS e-commerce offer.
Your Role You will join our e-commerce offer team with the overarching goal of ensuring that the Wikinggruppen platform offer is relevant and of high value to our merchants. At the moment we are a team of six but we will likely be more soon. Oskar is our lead developer/architect, then we are four talented software developers and me, Albin - your immediate manager. You and I will both be working with Product Management, dividing our e-commerce offer into different verticals.
You will be responsible for product strategy for your agreed upon vertical and be the specialist of your products. You will be the best at understanding the strategic needs, identifying opportunities, prioritizing new features, selling and supporting the products, and setting the roadmap for the team. It will be up to you to define and drive the vision for your vertical, in close collaboration with the team and key stakeholders.
Flexible placement You can work from any of Visma Software's offices in Sweden: Hudiksvall, Stockholm, Munkedal, Uddevalla, Gothenburg or Malmö. Of course we offer a flexible hybrid model where you can also choose to work part time from home.

To be successful in this role you are..
Experienced in driving complex product development processes.
Passionate about building outstanding experiences, and understanding what a great e-commerce offer that users love looks like.
Curious doer, that inspires and embraces change, adapt quickly and enjoy a constantly evolving environment.
Used to setting product strategies.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Knowledge of e-commerce or supporting systems like payments solutions or shipment is considered an advantage but not required.
