Leica Geosystems Technology in Stockholm is one of four development locations for our Construction business and is focused on implementing the latest technology for our machine control product range in order to increase efficiency and productivity for our customers.
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing our Machine Control Construction suite of products for onboard and office-based telematics technologies for use on construction sites.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Experience in international Machine Control and Construction, particularly in relation to onboard & office-based technologies (Telematics) and automated solutions (M2M) is a pre-requisite as well as strong working knowledge of construction products such as theodolites, total stations, GNSS and lasers. This includes EMEA, NAFTA, and APAC.
Demonstrated experience working as part of a product development process
Customer focus with strong knowledge and understanding of the customers/ stakeholders critical needs
Strong communication and leadership skills, including the capability of providing direction to team members both locally and remotely, and to provide accurate concise feedback to customers and stakeholders
Proven commitment to constant improvement, to improve efficiency and effectiveness within their domain
Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the company professionally
High motivation level, results driven, flexible team player, customer focused
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of urgency, responsibility and accountability
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and the ability to rapidly grasp customers' requirements and technical solutions
Experience in preparing proposals and conducting formal presentations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions
