ESAB has an open position as Product Manager, Service and Training
About the position
This is truly an exceptional opportunity to transform a traditional industrial company into a ground breaking one through deploying a differentiated customer experience in service and training. The role of Product Manager, Service and Training is a brand new role, created to move ESAB from a reactive to predictive service model and grow aftermarket opportunities.
You will interface with Regional Service and Aftermarket Managers, as well as the entire Equipment Product Management Team and R&D.
You will have the opportunity to define and deploy a new Global Strategy in Service and Training utilizing advance technologies.
Qualifications
• Technical background and/or Engineering Degree
• Proven career in leading International Service Organization
• Previous experience in deploying software and IT enabled management tools in field service and technical know-how
• Has transformed service from reactive to proactive and journeying to predictive
• Solid understanding of what drives successful Aftermarket businesses, particularly in Service
Personal Characteristics
• High communication and influencing skills
• Commercial mindset with abilities to analyse significant data and form into an executable Strategy
• Pragmatic in deployment of strategy and can successfully prioritise multiple phases
• Strong personal drive and results driven
• A person who can drive a Vision
The position is placed in one of our European offices. Traveling is required.
