The group consists of nine product company located in Germany, Italy, New Zealand, USA, Norway and Sweden and a several sales companies in more than 30 countries on five continents in four market areas; ports and maritime, airports, mining and tunneling and general industry sectors. The company located in Malmo region is a product company and are designing and producing customized electrical connectors and electrical cabinets for low and high voltage exported via the Group worldwide.
The company is in a growth phase with high demand globally on the development of the company's products. With this background, the aim is now to recruit a Technical Sales Engineering with a Product Management responsibility to ensure the continued growth.

Main tasks:
o Creating new markets, develop existing - promoting defined range through the sales organization - global coordination of opportunities and key customers.
o Handling requests from the sales organization on a defined range
o Developing complete quotes
o Assessing requirement
o Outlining technical concept based on re-use of design
o Commercial aspects as prices, lead-times and other Terms and Conditions.
o Driving internal sign-off procedure internally and externally
o Product Management
o Product Development plans/roadmaps
o Define and stakehold design commonalities and improvements
o Make/buy decisions and partnering
Flexible to travelling when required
Reporting to Sales Manager
ProfilWe are looking for a commercial and technical experienced Product Manager with an engineering degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. The candidate shall have extensive experience in product management and international sales. The job requires knowledge and experience of design engineering (CAD/PDM), ERP systems and worked in international environments. The candidate shall speak and write English fluently.
As a person, it is important to be supportive and communicative with social skills and the ability to pay attention to details but with a holistic approach. To get the job done it's important to be customer-oriented, flexible and pragmatic, adaptable to different international environments, with a technical orientation with interest in learning new applications and technologies.
