The department for Self-service Solutions has the mission to digitalize and optimize our sales processes, which enables our customers to get easy, quick and convenient access to our full range of products and services. We launched our new and improved website in 2017 and we are currently in a very exciting stage of taking the successful launch to even greater heights. To get there, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Product Manager. This is an opportunity to join a great team in a fun and exciting key position, with the possibility to take on leadership and influence our e-commerce solutions and services from the initial stages.
The location of this position is flexible. Initially, presence in Fagersta needs to be frequent, and thereafter more flexible. Some travel is a natural part of this position.
Key performance areas
In this position, you are responsible for all solutions offered within our e-commerce services. We are on the verge of changing our e-commerce solution, and you take a lead in implementation and development of the e-commerce solution as well as our EDI services, with the mission to create an integrated e-commerce platform with high customer satisfaction. You collect user insights through customer journey mapping and use this informationto identify the need for new and improved features and services. Furthermore, you take an active role in implementing these new services and features, ensuring a lead in industry performance, both today and in the future. Another important part of your mission is to manage and ensure the satisfaction of our stakeholders, both internally and externally, and you interact on a global scale, as our business is international and the website is translated into multiple languages.
We are looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field of studies. Experience from IT solutions and development projects, preferably with business implications, is required, in combination with stakeholder management and knowledge of sales, marketing and product management. You have at least five years' experience from working in a relevant position and three years from working with digital solutions. We work in a truly global environment and you communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing, while knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
