Mission
As Data analytics at MRS it's your overall mission to support and drive the business value of increasing internal profits based on collected machine data. You also act with global responsibility to drive and support activities improving our internal but as well our customers business based on machine data collected.
Increased parts sales based on machine data
Increased number of machine sales increasing the aftermarket business
Improve the supply chain process based on machine data
Increasing the use and demand of Certiq licenses
Implementing new services based on machine data
Higher number of performance and business data resulting in better analyses and services
Specific tasks and responsibilities
Product responsible of collected machine data
Define internal business to grow by using collected machine data
Define external business to grow by using collected machine data
Drive internal business improvement projects
Drive external business improvement projects
Support customer projects to analyse improvement projects
Support internal projects to analyse improvement projects
Follow the global trends on data analytics and customer services
Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are updated and understand the value of the data collected
Run and participate in cross functional projects related
Strategically safeguard alignment on standardizing data
In close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Developers and Customer Centers to drive full utilization of collected machine data
Knowledge and Experience requirements
University degree in relevant field or similar through experience. Strong command in English. Customer Center experience and marketing and sales experience is a definite asset. Proven track record of growing business in a profitable way
Personality requirements
Results-oriented. Self-motivated and independent. Creative with ability to think outside the box. Very good communication and motivational skills (to be successful in this role, you must achieve results through good cooperation with others). A structured way of working is vital. A strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment
Mining and Rock Excavation Service is a division within Atlas Copco's Mining and Rock Excavation Technique business area. It provides a complete range of services with the aim of maximizing customers' productivity. The division focuses on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. It has distribution centers in China, Sweden and the United States, and is based in Sweden.
