We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future success of our company.
Job description
As Product Manager at BabyBjörn, you will be responsible for managing and developing one of our categories. The success of this role is pivotal to our overall company performance. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation, ensuring safety, maintaining quality, and meeting design and functionality expectations based on consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain the category plan.
Develop product briefs and requirement specifications, including business cases, for product development projects based on a 5-year roadmap.
Drive the development of both new and existing (re-design) products in close collaboration with cross-functional teams within the organization and with external partners.
Maintain focus and direction in several simultaneously on-going development projects in various phases.
Perform continuous assortment analysis, monitoring both sales, pricing, product cost and profitability.
Gather and analyze customer/consumer feedback.
Maintain a high level of market and competitor knowledge.
As product expert, provide internal training and support.

Your profile
We are seeking candidates with a diverse skill set, including experience in industrial product development, from initial concept to product launch. Experience from development of physical products in various materials like plastic, steel and textiles is beneficial. Strong project and time management abilities are essential for success in this role. While technical proficiency is not mandatory, a basic technical understanding is beneficial. Experience of sales and marketing concepts and having a grasp of these principles is needed. Familiarity with sourcing processes is an advantage.

A commercial and business-oriented mindset, coupled with strong analytical skills, will be valuable assets in this position. The ability to approach tasks in a structured manner is essential. Exceptional presentation and communication skills are highly desired, along with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
