Role Description
Cloudmore works with Agile and Scrum and are now looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner. Your primary responsibility is managing the product backlog and lead the development team.
You will work closely with the VP Product to align the product backlog with overall product strategy and set short term goals. You will be responsible for writing backlog items and making estimates in terms of business value, technical values, and efforts as well as grooming the existing items.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to make sure you understand the stakeholders' needs. This may require you to put together mock-ups, drive project meetings, and put together detailed documents.
You are also responsible for ensuring the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders. You need to attend daily stand-ups and head up planning, retrospective, and demo meetings with Scrum Master.
You also need to have excellent people skills to motivate the development team to high performance.

SENIOR C# SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Responsibilities
To communicate with customers and stakeholders to capture business requirements and understand their needs and pain points.
Identify and validate business problems to be solved, end-user requirements, value drivers, return on investment, etc.
To create recommendations based on independently performed analyzes and present these to the product council.
To write detailed functional and non-functional specifications and present them in a way that's easy for the development team to understand and follow.
To support the development and rollout of features and functionalities.
To define the acceptance criteria and perform acceptance testing.
To develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the Cloudmore product and customer use cases.
To work closely with product management to align requests, to strategy and vision.
To head up planning, retrospective, and demo meetings.

What we expect
5+ years working as a Product Manager / Product Owner in the software development field.
Experience and proven track record of working with Agile and Scrum.
Experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers, QA, and various stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills and extensive experience with requirements engineering.
Sufficient technical expertise to be able to liaise between business and technical counterparts effectively.
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to complete goals with minimal supervision
