As the Product manager at Paradox Interactive you drive the vision and business case of one or more game projects, bringing them to their fullest potential. You lead a product team consisting of producers, product marketing managers and others specialists to help you deliver on your ambitious goals. This is a full time position located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities
Be the vision driver and owner of product performance, setting the quality goals and making sure the game hits the KPI targets
Plan and manage one or more Products including responsibility for the P/L of those Products
Lead a Product team comprised of representatives from Sales, Marketing and Production disciplines
Go to Chief Products Officer for priorities
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or within Business Development, ideally within games
We believe you have a bachelor degree or similar in relevant fields (business, project management)
Team leadership experience
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Familiarity with and/or interest in Paradox games is a strong plus
On a personal level we believe that you have great organisational and planning skills. You can deal with and keep track of multiple stakeholders with different backgrounds and different levels of seniority. You are a good leader, self starter and a get-shit-done type of person. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, thrives with tough goals and you are driven by building things from the ground up. Finally, you can think long term and see the bigger picture.
