hela Sverige A professional and self-sufficient individual is required to play a key role in the global Product Management organization for the WideAngle Managed Security Services of NTT Security. The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be full ownership of specific areas of the MSS platform and service, defining the strategic workstreams which will enhance the WideAngle MSS offering and deliver additional customer value, service quality and stability. The product manager will have responsibility for the successful delivery of their workstreams working with team members across Europe, Asia and the US, and co-ordinating the complete mix of product disciplines ? sales, product management and marketing, project management, security operations, engineering and R&D.
The successful candidate will demonstrate autonomy, responsibility and excellent communication skills. Most of all they will be someone who can efficiently convey the value of WideAngle MSS for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Accountabilities
As the Product Manager you will be accountable for:
Product Management and Development
Develop and prioritize product requirements for new tools/products/services as well as enhancement/change requirements for existing products/services to meet changing market and competitive needs
Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of your products by working together with cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, operations, customer support, marketing, and stakeholders from different business units
Sales Enablement and Solution Support
Create and review collateral to support Sales and Marketing activities (e.g. content for service descriptions, release notes, RFP responses)
Support Sales and Go-To-Market to position the product suite via product training, solution assurance
Planning and Co-ordination
Preparation and co-ordination of the quarterly Service Creation Board meetings, communication of materials, actions and outcomes
Project planning, change management and reporting activities, working closely with the Project Management Office
Organize representatives from the Product Group teams to provide responses and support for specific MSS queries
Experience Skills and Qualifications
As the Product Manager your skills and qualifications will include:
Demonstrated experience in the MSS domain or other related experience in the IT industry
Proven track record of product or project delivery (in both Waterfall and Agile or DevOps paradigms)
Pragmatic Marketing, Project Management Professional, PRINCE2 or similar certification are beneficial
Language skills: Fluent in English
Education: BSc or higher in Computer Science or similar or equivalent working experience
