WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT MANAGER

We need you, if you are a seasoned Product Manager that is. Strong business growth and a need to proactively manage our products named Software Recognition Service (SRS) and Software Update Service (SUS) have opened up a position in Snow's PM team. You will be joining a relatively new team of 10 Product Management professionals, who while being a small team are well balanced and driven for customer success.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You will be working closely with the SRS and SUS teams, the Snow commercial teams (global), customers and analysts to build and always improve the products with the user in mind.

There will be a need to work across business units since the technology is used by other Snow software product offerings driving significant customer value across multiple product offerings from the Snow Software portfolio.

• Responsible for managing the planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle of SRS and SUS - from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Own and manage the ongoing product roadmap for both products
• Responsible for mapping feature requests against the Snow Software overall Product Roadmap and Vision
• Support the go to market execution with team members to ensure sales, marketing, service and operations are ready across all markets
• Promote and drive revenue through both the Snow commercial teams and via the global channel programme
• Conduct technical research of both new features and competitor analysis along with business intelligence in support of the product roadmap
• Support the commercial teams with product and solution presentations and visits, on a global level
• Support the Marketing teams with product and solution collateral in order to position the appropriate solution / product in its best possible light at all times
• Promote the product line and business in general through analyst briefing sessions

WHAT YOU'RE GREAT AT

You will have solid, demonstrable experience and understanding about product management in general and possess a very high level general technical understanding of software development. Your background will also clearly demonstrate significant knowledge in the area of enterprise software management and maintenance, preferably in a Product Management or Product Marketing guise.

We see that you have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience of Product Management and / or marketing within a high technology company with focus on software management
• Experience of operating as a Product Owner for an enterprise software vendor
• An ability to clearly define the Product Owner, Product Manager and Product Marketing roles and understand the cross over between these roles in a software development environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language
• Commercial acumen: a proven track record of understanding business value, with a key sensitivity to understanding sales and marketing challenges and building collateral in order to positively manage such challenges with the objective of strengthening business and making product / solution sales
• Experience of operating within a B2B role

You are an even better match if you possess:

• Good written and oral communication skills in Swedish or other Scandinavian languages
• High level of experience of working with channel partners as a means of go to market
• Experience in the field of Software Recognition
• Experience in the field of Software Asset Management
