Roles and Responsibilities
Product Manager is for us a very key and strategic position. We expect you to lead, synchronize, and support our teams with a business and customer focus. You should deliver products on time, with an excellent quality, safety and security level. You will have a strong delivery focus for our Agile Release Train. We are around 60 engineers that together develop and maintain our product. Our set-up today is five scrum teams in Sweden and India.
We are working in a scaled agile set-up and are in the middle of the transition from projects to product streams. This means you will lead us to deliver our technology solutions to all production starts. Part of your missions will be:
Foster synchronized deliveries with other teams, prioritizing harmony and avoiding disruptions.
Lead the way in planning exercises every ten weeks, organizing team demos post-sprint, and orchestrating broader system demos at regular intervals.
Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, making sure they are well informed about deliverables and timelines.
Collaborate closely with teams to define and consistently improve product quality standards by setting a clear "Definition of Done"
Proactively address challenges and clear the path for our engineers to guarantee a smooth and supportive environment.
Oversee the transition from project-centric to product-stream approaches, coordinating a seamless and effective shift with empathy and inclusivity.

Exceptional communication skills are essential in our fast-paced environment. We also expect you to have:
Minimum five years of leadership experience as project manager, line manager or product manager with delivery focus
Master of Science in electronics, data or similar
Familiar with agile frameworks, methods and tools
