As product Manager in Schibsted Enterprise Tech you work with business stakeholders in creating an executable vision, roadmap and backlog for an engineering teams building business-critical internal applications. You are responsible for the complete lifecycle management of the products within identity and access management.
Your main responsibilities will be:
You are responsible for the user support, rollout and implementation as well as development efforts of an engineering team working on one or multiple products vital to our strategic success. This includes:
• Defining product vision(s) and roadmap
• Work with business, engineers and architects in creating product strategy and architecture
• Facilitate workshops and meetings
• Ensure a prioritized backlog of user-stories and tasks is always available to the scrum team
• Act as stakeholder against other teams and functions needed to complete the product (integration team, operations, component teams etc)
• Define and drive the strategy for identity and access management
Skills and expertise:
• Passion for people and technology
• BSc (engineer) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• Experience working as developer and solutions architect
• Ability to communicate with business and technical experts
• Ability to create high-value user stories by observing users and analysing processes
• Strong skills in prioritization
• Ability to work on multiple products of varying sizes
• Experience and deep knowledge of identity and access management (ex. Active Directory, SAML)
