Tink was founded in 2012, and a decade later became part of Visa in 2022. Tink was created with the aim of changing the banking industry for the better. We have built Europe's most robust open banking platform - with the broadest, deepest connectivity and powerful services that create value out of the financial data. We offer the tools that allow anyone - from big banks and fintechs to startups - to build the future of financial services across Europe.

Are you looking for an environment that's filled with skilled and creative colleagues, and a culture that encourages people to make their ideas happen, where you can have an impact like nowhere else?

If so, then Tink is the place for you. We all help each other to build new skills and best practices through the diversity of our backgrounds and opinions - while having a lot of fun in the process.

Right now, we are looking for a Product Manager that will take responsibility for further growing our expansion into the United States.

What you will do:

Tink's connectivity teams provide the foundation for Tink's product offering, by building out and maintaining high performing connections to all the banks across the US. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Analyse end-user behavior and preferences to optimize our end user journeys.
Drill down in the data to analyse connection performance, and based on your findings enable your team to optimise conversion rates.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team that is responsible for developing and maintaining connections to banks across the US.
• Work closely with key customers in your markets and figure out what is needed to make them successful.
• Work closely with other Tink product teams to roll out new products in your markets.
• Define your team's roadmap.
• Together with the Engineering Manager, take part in and run the team's day-to-day activities, such us retros, refinements and plannings.
• Work side by side with your team members, other product teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient ways of working and alignment across the whole Tink organisation.
• Optimise and drive projects to improve the way we work in Connectivity (and cross-team).
• Be responsible for market research for your markets and become the expert of those (including e.g. gaining a deep understanding for the bank user flows in the market).
• Be responsible for the ongoing dialogue with banks.

What we offer:

• Autonomous work on one of the one of the most exciting open banking markets.
Real impact on your product and organisation - you can influence not only what we work on but also how we work.
• Ability to work with multiple leaders in the finance and technology space (Nordea, PayPal, American Express, to name a few).
• Elastic working hours - you decide what time to start your day.
• Attractive compensation and multiple other benefits (multisport card, team activities like football, volleyball etc.).
• All the equipment you might need - newest macbook, high end smartphone, external screens, external keyboard and mouse etc.
• Personal growth programme - Tink is more than happy to sponsor courses or conferences of your choice
• Company hackathon - we meet two times a year to work together on projects of your choice (which we later continue to develop).

What we look for:

• 2-3 years of experience in working in agile environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Product role, preferably in finances, insurance, SaaS, PaaS, (both B2B & B2C product experience is welcome).
• 2-3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
• You are data-driven and can work with numbers.
• You can successfully work with and influence multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
• You like to work with engineers and know what an API is.
• You have a customer & user oriented mindset.
• You have strong analytical and logical problem solving skills.
• You have a 'can do' attitude and you make things happen.
• You want to work in fast-paced environment, with steep learning curve
• Nice to have: you have knowledge of (or interest for) the financial technology domain - it's a plus if you are familiar with Open banking/PSD2 and/or the payments domain.

Who we are at Tink

We are a company of developers and engineers - it's in our DNA to imagine, build and iterate. We were founded with a vision of transforming an industry that lacked competition and momentum. And we have built a company of passionate over-achievers who all believe there is always a better way of doing things.

People from all over Europe - and the world - have joined us on our mission to build the biggest and best open banking platform in Europe.

We're looking forward to your application!
