Are you ready to dive into the world of Product Management? We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual to join our thriving Product Management team in Europe as a Product Management Coordinator.
This role offers the perfect stepping stone for aspiring professionals like you! Collaborate closely with our esteemed Commercial Product Managers to champion the development and execution of innovative product strategies. Your influence will extend across the entire product lifecycle - from envisioning the product vision to orchestrating impactful launches, and meticulously managing roadmaps.
Location: Sundsvall, where we will move into a new site in Birsta September 2024. Permobil's new building is a testament to innovation and accessibility that will foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive!
About the role
As a key team player, you'll support the development and enhancement of our PWC offerings, ensuring top-notch products for our valued customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, QA, RC, Sales, and Marketing, to align product development with market requirements and customer needs.
• Support Commercial Product Managers in driving the product development process, focusing on EMEA commercial input and overseeing regional launch projects.
• Assist in project management for product launches, coordinating efforts across R&D, QA/RC, design, marketing, and sales, and ensuring successful market activation.
• Take the lead in managing Combination agreements with third parties to expand the Permobil product portfolio.
• Work closely with R&D to facilitate product testing and quality assurance activities tailored for the EMEA region.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes, guiding informed product decisions.
• Play a key role in creating and maintaining product documentation, including market requirements, features, business cases, and user stories.
• Provide valuable support in tracking and analyzing product performance metrics.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, product development methodologies and processes.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably one more language.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
