hela Sverige Calabrio is on the lookout for a Product Knowledge Manager to join the Business Development team in Stockholm. Calabrio is an innovative, fast-paced, growing software company that delivers integrated workforce optimization software for today's multi-channel contact centers. About the job
You will be responsible for making sure our delivery teams have all the knowledge they need when they meet our customers. This is maybe the single position in the company where you have most contact with colleagues - so we are looking for a product expert with great communication skills and plenty of drive. As part of the product team you would also be closely involved in forming the roadmap of the WFM-product.
Tasks
Knowledge transfer and proactive enablement of our delivery teams
Being proactive on the short-term roadmap and be in constant dialogue with product owners to be able to proactively inform delivery teams on new functionality that is coming up
Work closely with the WFM-product team in Stockholm, and with central product and launch-functions in Minneapolis
Present and lead discussions at user events
Manage our Ideas Community, where we collect ideas/requests on how to improve
About you
You have 3+ years of Contact Center or Workforce Management experience with hands-on user experience from advanced WFM-solutions
You have a post-secondary education
You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
You have great presentation skills
You are a doer and problem solver who loves to help others
