We need to strengthen our team with an additional experienced technical writer. At Service Communication we produce information intended for design engineers, installers and end users. In the role of technical writer, you will produce information for a large variety of products, both marine and industrial, within Volvo Penta's product range. The work is carried out in close contact with product development and subject matter experts. It is important to be able to network and collaborate with experts in various fields.
The person we are looking for needs to have experience in writing technical English. We think you have an education within technical information or equivalent technical background. It is advantageous if you have experience in electromobility as it is an expanding area. The information is produced partly in a CMS system and partly in InDesign. Other software (or equivalent) with which it is meritorious to have experience is Adode Photshop, Adobe Illustrate/CorelDraw and Creo for CAD models.
