At Uniti, we are facing exciting challenges as we prepare for the launch of our vehicle on Dec. 7, 2017. Our electric city car does not fit in a car yard, but in a consumer electronics setting and we are piloting this with showrooms in two locations in Sweden. We are now looking to enhance the customer experience and sales competencies in our team to support customers from the first moment they arrive at the branded showroom sections.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers personally and promptly with the goal of making them feel welcome and generate curiosity about this new product
• Consistently excite customers about Uniti and create unique VR experiences
• Educate customers by introducing them to Uniti's mobility solution and answering their questions
• Undertaking the role of a brand ambassador at all times and in accordance with our brand values: open, creative, courageous, good
• Support with different lead generation activities in-store, as well as at fairs and exhibitions
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all new and future customers
• Provide effective feedback loops with management and willingness to promptly adapt new approaches

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience with references
• Ability to understand and convey technical concepts
• Strong sense of reliability and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English

This is a full-time position, which requires the ability to work evenings and weekends. We are recruiting for locations in Central Stockholm and Malmö. Start as soon as possible with intensive training period and undertaking an active role in the preparations to make this project a success.
