Are you the Product Enablement Manager we are looking for?

Your Mission At Sitoo
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Product Enablement Manager to join our tech department. In this hands-on role, you will act as the interface for our new release of features for the Sitoo POS and Unified Commerce platform. You will write and prepare release notes together with our developers, you will also develop training sessions and online courses in our Learning Management System (LMS) both internally and to customers, create drafts for support pages, and prepare presentations for customer success managers.

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with various departments, including customer operations, integration, marketing, sales, and more, to ensure that tech deliveries of features have a positive impact and are embraced by the entire Sitoo organisation.

• Gain a deep understanding of the product roadmap and effectively plan ahead from a product enablement perspective

• Prepare release notes closely with developers involved, develop training sessions and online courses in our Learning Management System (LMS), create drafts for support pages, and prepare presentations for customer success managers, aligning with the delivered features, etc.

• From time to time proactively engage with Sitoo customers when features are released to gather valuable insights and feedback, which will inform product requirements and enhancements.

• Arrange webinars for Customers and Partners. Could also be internal meetings.

• Serve as a product expert, leveraging your background in product, UX, and technology to provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

What you'll bring to the table

• Proven experience in a product management or product enablement role within the technology industry.

• Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.

• Solid background in UX and technology, enabling effective communication and collaboration with technical teams.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with internal teams and external customers.
