Are you a brave and committed Product Manager with a solid experience in Product Management? Digitalization is changing car retail. Volvo Car Retail Solutions (VCRS) is supporting car dealers and Volvo in this change. We are now looking for a Product Manager with interest in digital strategy that will be responsible for VCR's just launched E-Commerce product area.
E-Commerce is a strategically important area for VCRS and our users, the car dealers. This may include everything from booking and servicing your car, how to communicate digitally with your car dealer or how to buy a car using on-line.
To succeed in the role of product manager, you need several years of experience in product management or product development in the IT area. We also look for relevant academic education or equivalent. If you have international experience and business understanding for car dealerships, it is an advantage. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
It is important that you enjoy a central position at the company and have a good ability to coordinate, influence and inspire people around you. Standing in front of a crowd, either making presentations to stakeholders or leading workshops is something that gives you energy! You pride yourself on your ability to make the complex understandable and finding key insights that make it clear to everyone what needs to be done.
Your way of working is structured, but you don't mind that all the processes aren't in place. That's an opportunity for you to find a way that you believe in and make an improvement! Of course, you have a big business focus and are confident in your technical skills
The Product Manager is responsible for product development and budget throughout the products life cycle. This includes overall responsible for product roadmap, well-being and customer value. Additional responsibilities include product strategy, market and competitor analyses and defining new concepts.
As a Product Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team of seven people and report to the Head of Product Management within the Marketing Department.

The products
The TACDIS products are aimed at dealers in automotive retailers and are their main system support for sales, after-sales service and customer care. If you've been at a Volvo, Ford or Renault dealer, it's probably our products the staff used to help you. For our dealers, we will streamline the processes and simplify the sales efforts - it should be very easy to sell more products and services! Our solutions will also meet consumer demands for increased accessibility and flexibility, such as through digital services and integration into the automotive brands' applications and services.
