At DNEW Solutions and Engagements were are looking for five Senior Engagement leaders to lead the engagement towards the five Market Areas (MELA, MOAI, MMEA, MNEA and MANA) and lead the DNEW Engagement teams where we have DU CU Engagement leads, PDU Engagement Managers and Solution Architects.



Responsibilities:

As DNEW Market Area Lead you are responsible to:
• Lead DNEW engagements towards your Market Area including the definition and execution of the strategy towards the market area including key customer outlook.
• You will work hand in hand with Market Area and Sales Support and Commecial Management on the key customers network evolution, gaps, strategic benchmarking activities, etc...
• You should hold a strong high level technical competence and leadership to engage, meet and discuss with Senior management/CTO level on customer side together with Market Areas colleagues.
• You will establish/nurture strong relations with main stakeholders in Market Area: MA Head, MA level functions & domains, Selected key customer CU's
• You will establish/nurture strong relations with BNEW main stakeholders: BA Sales Support & CM, PA Network Infrastructure, PA Network Systems, Services, PDU and PLM heads, ...
• You will actively participate in Market Area XFT (cross functional team for MA).
• You will lead the DNEW Market Area Engagement Team: ?Team of S&E Engagement Managers, SA's, PDU Engagement Managers and other functions depending on Market Area.

• You will lead key strategic initiatives connected to R&D Closer to Customer.
• You will report Weekly & Monthly Business Report and Heatmap and also host and perform customer outlook as enabler for communication and engagement with Release Programs.

Competences/Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Telco Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience on customer interaction from working with/within customer unit (Regions/CU/GSC/BNES).
• Fluent in english

Professional Competence:

• Outstanding customer orientation and understanding of "What needs to be done"
• Business minded and highly developed business acumen, Customer First maximizing Ericsson's & Customer value, anticipates Customer needs
• Excellent skills on maintaining an effective and productive relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Open minded with an interest in driving continuous improvements to the benefit of our customers
• Experience from R&D, R&D backend and/or service organizations
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson's Networks portfolio. Strong technical competence on the level to discuss with CTO on customer and MA/CU side.
• Good knowledge of Ericsson R&D processes and Maintenance & Support processes
• Highly developed view on what leadership is in an agile and lean organization
• Highly developed strategic thinking, Being innovative with a strong drive to create results
• Highly developed skills on Initiating and driving strategic initiatives and improvements on DU/CU level
• Highly developed planning skills

Human skills:

• Excellent leadership and people skills and an ability to build relationships across organizations and between cultures.
• Excellent networking skills and capability to drive organizational alignment over PDU or DU borders
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Strong Team player with an understanding of how to work together with multiple organizations to achieve the required results, often without any formal authority
