hela Sverige As a Product Developer at BAT Fiedler & Lundgren you will be a part of a global team.
In the role you will plan, coordinate and deliver projects and activities within the Oral Product Deployment Team which requires the coordination of internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of the commercial vision for the Oral category.
Requirements
Master of Science degree in the field of Food Science/Chemistry
FMCG or Tobacco Industry experience in R&D or Product Development
High understanding of project management.
Good problem-solving skills.
Resourceful, showing great initiative to overcome hurdles
Seek opportunities and methods to drive products performance and quality.
Commercial awareness
Can lead cross functionally and can work with external suppliers effectively
Strong team player, creative, entrepreneurial, dynamic, positive can-do attitude supported by a drive to succeed.
To achieve BAT's objectives for the Oral Category the job holder will be responsible for managing the product deployment processes to support BAT's ability to meet increasing volume, category complexity and demanded from markets. By the nature of the role much of the work and activities requires cross functional relationships within BAT and externally.
