We are searching for a Product Developer at Light Incontinence Care, within R&D Personal Care. The Product Developer is responsible for designing new and existing products to meet the consumer and business needs. We as a team translates consumer needs to product functions and further to product design parameters/technical solutions and establish specifications with relevant targets, methods and tolerances.
The roles will be located in Gothenburg (Mölndal).

Main Tasks
As a Product Developer you will drive and participate in different Enabling- and Innovation Projects. This require a broad cross functional co-operation where you will be responsible for the Product superiority
Your work will cover tasks all the way from early idea generation to production, test runs in the plants to launch of products. At Inco we are also Medical Device Regulated in Europe which leads to high demands on traceability on the development we are delivering
You will utilize your design knowledge in the Light Inco team, to strengthen the team's knowledge within the Industrial Design area
Key Competencies
M.Sc. or University degree within a technical field, preferably Industrial Design
At least 2 years of experience within product development
Passion for product development and interest in business and marketing aspects of the development work
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Ability to travel as the function requires visits to factories and suppliers both in and outside Europe. You are expected to travel 30-60 days per year
