Job description
We are looking for a product and customer support specialist to develop our growing business in the fitness club market. Your main task will be to explain the benefits and usage of our B2B-solutions to existing and new customers in the fitness clubs market.
Main tasks:
• You handle all product related questions and thus have to know every detail of our products
• You will demonstrate our B2B-solutions to new fitness clubs and trainers
• You guide customers to integrate heart rate based training at their club
• You train customers to optimally use our products at their club
Job requirements:
• You must enjoy helping customer and have customer support experience (in Swedish language) by phone and email
• You have excellent computer skills and ideally have experience with customer relationship management software
• You are working in the fitness club industry or have strong affinity with it
• You have excellent communication skills, are positive minded and always look for solutions when you face a challenge.
Experience as active user of Polar products is certainly helpful and a good understanding of human physiology is an asset.
Fluent in Swedish and English
Type of employment: 40 hours / week
