hela Sverige You will be working as a Category Manager in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Procurement Department, predominately supporting our operational onshore and offshore wind farms in the Nordics. Alongside this you will provide procurement support for fleet Contracts and ensuring the successful delivery as well as other aspects of the procurement lifecycle to ensure both operational and business requirements are me.
Principle accountabilities:
* Support of our Nordic operational offshore and onshore wind farms with day to day and strategic purchasing.
* Tender and place framework agreements for services and spares.
* Implementation of an active supplier relationship management with our suppliers.
* Development and implementation of an active stakeholder management with colleagues from the operations team and other support functions for example legal, health and safety.
* Develop and maintain appropriate procurement/Project/Contract records
* Understand and apply agreed RWE contract terms and conditions
* Management of the P2P process using SAP for day-to-day purchasing requirements
* Advise and support the operations team on appropriate procurement methods/strategies and identify supply chain risks.
* Provide general commercial support to the team
Your profile:
Essential
* Relevant experience in the management and processing of tenders, contract negotiation and contract management.
* Experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks and developing strategies for risk prevention or control
* Completed studies in engineering or economics, additional legal qualification advantageous
* Ability to manage multiple contract packages and stakeholders
* Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures
* Experience of using SAP in a procurement function desirable but not essential.
* Very good communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Swedish essential, other languages advantageous (e.g. Danish or German)
Desirable:
* Experience in procurement in the wind farm industry
* Ability to be flexible to travel and visit other sites abroad, when necessary to support our international projects.
* Ability to work to high standards with tight deadlines with a challenging workload
* Experience of using SAP in a procurement function desirable but not essential.
* Experience of using standard agreements like ABK09, ABT06 and AB04
* Ability to manage multiple contract packages and stakeholders and to work in multidisciplinary teams
* Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures
Your profile:
* Several years of relevant experience in the management and processing of complex tenders for power plant / industry or infrastructure projects (Opex) as well as in negotiating maintenance contracts for wind turbine generators
* Experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks and developing strategies for risk prevention or control
* Successfully completed studies in engineering or economics, additional legal qualification advantageous
* Ability to manage multiple contract packages and stakeholders and to work in multidisciplinary teams
* Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures
* Very good communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Swedish, other languages advantageous (e.g. Danish)
* Willingness to travel as well as the willingness to temporary stays abroad to support our international projects.
* Experience from SAP.
