Job description:
Based in Sweden, Focusing on the Swedish market, the primary focus of this role is to source, evaluate, and manage the suppliers needed for our projects, establish long-term, stable cooperation’s and relationship, achieve procurement competitive advantage, and assist the achievement of business objectives within the Region.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and qualifying potential suppliers, securing our supplier resource pool.
2. Organizing bidding activities including RFQ preparation, offers evaluation, etc.
3. Negotiating and signing contract with suppliers.
4. Manage suppliers’ performance in order to fulfil the business needs.
5. Collecting cost information and building cost benchmark.
6. Analyzing procurement requirement and market trends, managing cost control targets.
7. Risk evaluation, develop and implement risk prevention policy/action plan, insure the continuity of service from supplier.
8. Organising regular communications with suppliers, establishing good business relationships
9. Collecting information and continuously analyzing the industry, market, explore potential alternative solutions and thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the procurement strategy/plan.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications, business, procurement or relevant area;
2. At least 3 years procurement or supplier management experience in telecommunication field, field maintenance s or similar.
3. Familiar with procurement market trend in Nordic region, susceptibility to market changes.
4. Good analytical skills, problem solving skills, negotiation skills and good focus on details.
5. Fluent in English and Swedish; excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
6. Driving licence is an advantage.
7. Willing to travel, easily adapt to foreign cultures.
