Some main duties are:
>work with current suppliers to ensure agreements are honoured and risk mitigation
>conduct new sourcing and benchmarking
>negotiate price agreements to obtain best cost for the business
>analysing and suggesting potential improvements
As our suppliers are mainly located in China you should be able and willing to travel.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
> be fluent in English and Mandarin
> complete understanding of Chinese business culture
> excellent in communication and analytical skills
> process management skills
> an appropriate university degree in Procurement management or equivalent
> strong business judgement with a track record of successfully leading negotiations and overall supplier relationship management with senior level counterparts.
>minimum of 5 years' experience in sourcing/purchase environment
>good team working skills coupled with the ability to a multi-tasking environment
Location: Our main office is located in Växjö in the south of Sweden
Working hours: Full time according to mutual agreement
