Job description
To manage and coordinate the allocated stock procurement activities and to support a small stock administration team in order to ensure the most cost effective and accurate stock levels and availability for all respective customers, both external and internal. As Team Leader you will have many different points of contact on a daily basis; both internal with the aftersales organizations in Nordic and Renault Central and external with suppliers, freight companies and auditors. This is a full time position based in Borås.

Main responsibilities:

To coordinate and manage the stock inventory in accordance with the instructions, principles, targets and guidelines set by Renault.

To lead, guide and support the stock management team in order to provide an ongoing stock inventory maintenance service

To report, create & maintain all required statistics and financial reports connected to related job activities as and when required

To be the point of contact with several groups on all relevant stock related issues, both internal and external, i.e. third party warehouse provider, parts suppliers and internal Renault groups.

Education & Experience

Documented education in Logistics or Industrial Economics is a requirement.

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role or position (procurement and/or stock controlling) is a requirement, preferably of spare part logistics in the Nordic Countries.

Experience from working in a large multinational company is an advantage

Experience of working with a third party warehouse provider is an advantage

Knowledge and skills:

Good PC skills and knowledge of MS the main office (Outlook, applications (Word, Excel, Power Point). Access skills and the ability to write macros are an advantage.

An analytical mind and the ability to see the big picture whilst not losing sight of the fine details

Previous working experience from a supply chain management system (for example A/S 400 or JDA Supply Chain) is desirable.

Language skills - Fluency in Swedish & English is a requirement. The ability to speak, write and understand French is an advantage.

The ability to identify problem/improvement areas and propose and drive through solution plans

A certain amount of travelling within Europe and the Nordic Countries is to be expected

To succeed in this role you need to be able to make decisions and work independently but also have the ability to work actively and represent your team as part of a larger group. The job demands a high level of flexibility and ability to prioritize a wide ranging workload, whilst retaining a high level of customer focus and attention to details. Furthermore you need to have a high level of communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills. We greatly value an open mind and positive attitude.
