Our Operation team in Malmö is looking for a Procurement Coordinator.
As a Procurement Coordinator you will:
• Be responsible for Procurement activities & secure we have an efficient way of working within this area.
• Work closely with all line functions within Anima that needs to execute any kind of purchase.
• Participate in projects running simultaneously and support them in securing components and other services to be able to fulfill their project targets.
• Together with engineer scout and secure quotations from interesting suppliers.
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers.
• Set up necessary agreements and documents in connection with a deal with a supplier.
• Issue purchase orders and follow them up to meet the requirements that we have.
• Handle delivery deviations towards suppliers.
• Travel and meet exciting companies around the world.
Expected Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience from consumer electronic industry and/or watch industry.
• Extensive experience from the procurement area.
• Have a high interest in people and how to build a professional relation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The candidate shall be agile, curious and self-driven.
• Highly organized; able to multi task and communicate with numerous touch points.
• The candidate shall have good knowledge of English in speech and writing. Any experience in Chinese would be great.
