About the position
On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for a Procurement Consultant. The company is a world-leading supplier of transport solutions and is driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. You will be working from the office that is located in Södertälje, with the possibility to work remotely a couple of days a week.
Your daily tasks
As a Procurement Consultant, you will support with both administrative and operational purchasing tasks in the area of rubber parts. To be more specific, your tasks also include:
Invoice handling
Updating prices
Analyzing and visualizing data
Deviation handling
Negotiations with suppliers
Implementation of technical changes on current rubber parts
Your characteristics
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a goal-oriented person with the ability to prioritize your own work. You work in a well-structured manner, and you also put a lot of effort into a good collaboration with your colleagues.

Qualifications:
Academic background in Engineering, Management or similar
Basic technical understanding and certain commercial experience
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English
Meritorious:
Previous experience from working within procurement
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2024-10-01. Start 2024-05-01.
