Our Outsourcing Business Development unit consists of 35 international professionals, who are together our key projects related to continuous development and quality, in all the Accountor countries.
We are now looking for
Process Owner
to help us build and maintain aligned core business processes at Accountor.
As a member of the Quality team in the International Business Development unit, you, as one of our Process Owners, will create best practices for chosen processes in co-operation with key stakeholders.
In this position, your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and managing the lead to invoice process to support our business
• Continuously improving the process by using lean methods
• Involving and informing key stakeholders
• Developing and implementing process KPIs
For this position we are looking for someone with:
• Proven skills in process development and quality management
• A digital mindset and hands on attitude
• Great interpersonal skills and capability to perform successfully in a widely spread matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills in English, other Nordic languages are an asset
