hela Sverige We are looking for a Process Specialist to our multi-product and single-product facilities, where we manufacture biotechnological drug substance (DS).
As a Process Specialist, you will be part of a New technology team that is responsible for the process and analytical support of manufactured DS in accordance with cGMP and internal requirements. The team responsibilities are to support and optimize the manufacturing process and QC laboratories both in the short term and in the long term. The work in the team includes deviation investigation reports, change control, validation / qualification, inspections, support Tech Transfers, improving and optimizing manufacturing processes and analytical methods.
We work in a product flow based organization and New Technology is an important support of the production flow.Your responsibilities include:
• Support production with process knowledge (fermentation/purification/filling)
• Practical work within our process development lab (fermentation/purification)
• Perform and review deviation investigation reports, change control, validation/qualification
• Improve and optimize production processes
• Share and spread process competence both in global Pfizer network and in the different part of the organization on site
• Actively participate in the sites work in continuous improvements, independently as well as in team oriented improvement activities.
The position is a permanent employment. Some production is 24 - 7, so shift work may be required
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• A Masters degree in Biotechnology or equivalent
• Experience from pharmaceutical industry and GMP
• Practical experience from fermentation and/or purification
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
