Who you areYou want to work with improving and developing the level of Master Data within an international and cross-cultural environment, working in line with Alfa Laval drivers; Action, Interaction, Satisfaction.

You possess an ability to overview a complex data landscape and have a structured way of working.
What about the job
Key strategic initiativeEndeavour is one of Operations' strategic initiatives with the target of standardizing our supply chain processes. This will be done via the world-class platform Microsoft AX. Endeavour will lift Operations' combined efficiency and lay the foundation for future developments, all for the benefit of our customers.
About the jobYou will develop, document and implement global Master Data processes in order to improve performance. You will also govern processes together with the Global Process Owner (from Operations Global Management team) and work in initiatives to harmonize data in the enterprise IT landscape.
In addition you will hold workshops, coach and train others when implementing Master Data processes. You will also support roll-out projects with data migration and train key users.
This is a global role, placed in Lund, and travel is expected to about 30 days annually.
What you knowYou have a Master's degree or equivalent probably in Engineering or Business Administration and some years' experience from working with supply chain processes like order handling, purchasing, planning or similar. With this experience you have good insight to the processes that depends on, and consumes the data and you know the issues users are facing and the importance of correct Master Data.
You have a passion for and are experienced in improving the processes of Master Data Management.
It's an advantage if you have experience of Lean & Six Sigma and project management. It's also an advantage if you have worked with Microsoft Dynamics AX or experience of working with databases and tools to manipulate data.
