Roxtec is a global company with a strong local presence, where prompt service in delivery performance and support is one important key to success in the overall Roxtec strategy of profitable growth. The company has always had a profile of being very market and service oriented with a strong focus on fulfilling customer needs.
The Global Services organization within Roxtec is responsible for the functions in the “order to delivery process� including sourcing, production and distribution of our products world-wide. The Process Manager Global Logsitics (PMGL) is a new position and will play an important role in continuously optimizing the Roxtec Supply Chain and developing our logistics competitive advantages on a global basis.
As PMGL you will have the task and responsibility to measure and analyze performance, develop strategies and drive implementation of action and tools to develop our distribution set-up and optimize total inventory while effectively servicing and satisfying Roxtec customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Engineering or similar and significant work experience and expertise in global supply chain management. You are performance driven and have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Project management skills and leadership in an international environment are required.
You are self motivated in successful times and in times of hard pressures and failures – with a healthy self confidence. To be successful you will need to work across the organisation and challenge the normal way things are done: the cooperation with other Roxtec colleagues are essential for this work to be a success. Excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Swedish are required.
The PMGL reports directly to Vice President Global Services, Roxtec Group. The position is based in Karlskrona, Sweden and will require travelling.
