The Product Information Management department at Sandvik Coromant has the mission to leverage product information to improve our internal processes and differentiate our customer offer. We are responsible for ensuring that relevant, correct and complete information is available to our customers, partners and internal users. We are now looking for a Process and Change Manager to join us in an exciting organization in a position with competent colleagues and a great opportunity to influence and develop in one of our most important areas.
This position is located in Sandviken.
Your mission - Successfully managing processes in line with business and customer needs
In this role you are responsible for developing and managing processes in the area of Product Information Management for Sandvik Coromant. Your main focus is the process for product information change, where you ensure that new requirements for product information is performed in a timely manner and in line with business and customer needs - as well as the process to secure product information availability for both internal and external stakeholders. You manage incoming change requests, communicate with stakeholders to ensure the need is understood as well as prepare and run prioritizations. An important part of the job is to develop, define and document our processes and, to implement them within the organization. To support stakeholders in our way of working, you also plan and perform communication and training and you follow up on processes performance along with suggesting improvements.
In addition, you manage business requirements for IT applications within the area of product information delivery by ensuring the application is developed in the direction of business and user needs and strategies. More precisely you;
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, visualize and document business needs and requirements for the IT architects and developers
• Are a close speaking partner to the IT supplier, users of the application and other stakeholders
• Plan and perform acceptance testing
Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience from business and process development, combined with a Master's degree or equivalent technical background. Experience of, or insight into the R&D and product development area is advantageous, as is familiarity with product information management. A profound experience of requirements analysis/management for IT is necessary, as is good facilitation and documentation skills. As we act both locally and on a global stage, you are fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
