The factory has a unique production environment for modern cable technology, and this creates efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable high-tech systems for the global market.
Tasks
As Process Manager you will play a vital part of the Installation & Service department. You will be responsible for process integration and improvements at all our three units; Karlskrona, Cologne and Copenhagen and also responsible for driving the strategy process. We have an exciting future ahead of us, merging three units into one. You will track process performance and drive process improvement making sure we meet customer demands with extraordinary service and great understanding of customer needs.
It will be your responsibility to:
• Develop process integration and improvements
• Lead the overall reporting on Installation & Service
• Be sparring partner for Head of Service
• Lead the strategy process
• Drive the integration of Service & Installation in the company
• Provide monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the management to create transparency on overall business performance

Requirements
You hold a Master 's degree in Business Administration or Science, along with relevant work experience. Experience in working with process development is a must, whereas education in that area is meritorious. To successfully take on this position you need to be self-driven and analytical, with a strong focus on quality and execution. Furthermore, fluency in English is a requirement, German will be at your advantage.
