Tetra Pak is seeking an End-to-End Process Leader to help build and lead a team to implement and maintain the next generation of Tetra Pak's business processes.
The End-to-End Process Leader will work with our business organisations to understand their requirements to be successful, and to come up with innovative ways to automate and digitise our business processes, according to design principles, securing harmonization and standard IT solutions. The successful candidate will thrive on solving difficult problems and adapting emerging technology to meet Tetra Pak's business challenges.
This demanding role will require strong communication skills and can reduce complex challenges to their essential details. It will also require good people skills, and a proven track record of getting things done with both formal and informal authority.
This Role is responsible for coordinating a group 2-5 direct report Business Experts and up to an additional 10 Business Experts and IT Designers through a matrix organization.
The successful candidate will be assigned to drive one or many end-to-end processes. While relevant business domain knowledge is key, expert knowledge of the new standard processes is not required but an advantage, as they are new to Tetra Pak.
The focus of this role will be on the Strategy related processes. This family of processes consists of Tetra Pak's strategy & portfolio management process as well as the creation of a new process to encompass the set of activities for managing Sustainability related activities. The field of sustainability is an emerging area and processes in this domain are new and untested. For this reason, this role will not only own its own process but also act as an ambassador for its principles towards the other operational processes. It is truly an exciting area.
The End-to-End Process Lead will report to the Director of Process Office, within the Design Authority and Process Office organisation.
The position requires a flexibility up to 20% international travel. They can be based at any Tetra Pak site globally, without restrictions, but must be willing to flex their hours periodically to match the European time zone.
What you will do
Own and refine the process to which you are assigned.
Develop new process designs to improve standardization, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Act as the "guardians of standard", by applying the Design Authority principles in every solution offered.
Assist in the creation of a complete team of business and IT experts.
Collaborate with the other end to end process leaders.
Develop, manage, and update all supporting documentation required for your assigned process.
Work with the BPM Manager (Business Process Manager) to ensure that processes are modelled correctly and are meeting the required standards.
Keep up to date with all relevant IT vendor development pipelines to ensure that we leverage vendor led innovation.
Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement & operational excellence.
Constantly assess externally, the trends for your assigned process area.

Comfortable in working in an ambiguous environment.
Problem Solving, Conflict Management and Negotiation.
7+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment leading business transformation project.
Minimum 5 years people management responsibility (solid or dotted line)
You have a bachelor's degree or higher.
As a person, you have a proven record of delivering results. You work well under pressure and are skilled in conflict management. You are customer and business oriented. Furthermore, you are passionate and have a vision on how processes could or should be leveraged to maximize effectiveness.
