hela Sverige Do you have experience from mammalian cell culture in an industrial setting? Do you wish to take part in development of new methods as well as enjoy working in daily production? Biolamina offers an innovative and fast-paced work environment with skilled colleagues, all motivated to transform the field of cell therapy!
As process engineer you will be a part of a small but experienced team working with daily production of macromolecules in human cell lines. You will also take part in Biolamina's constant development of methods and procedures, starting with a large process development project. Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Laboratory to large scale (50-250 l) culture of human cell lines, both adherent and in suspension.
• In-process analyses such as pH, spectrophotometry, electrophoresis and western blot.
• Technical and process-related troubleshooting
• Evaluation, documentation and reporting of results
• Writing and reviewing SOPs, batch protocols and other documents
• Media and buffer preparation
• Equipment maintenance
Qualifications
Required:
• Work experience from mammalian cell culture in suspension
• Work experience from laboratory scale bioreactor operations and process related analyses such as pH, density etc.
• Work experience from upstream processes in pharmaceutical or biotech production
• Good knowledge of oral and written English
• Good documenting skills
Meriting:
• Experience from biotechnological production of proteins
• Experience from clean rooms or aseptic working technique
• Experience from working according to GMP
• Good knowledge of oral and written Swedish
