• R&D engineer focused on production, manufacturing and cleanroom processing. You bring TeraSi products to life.
• Responsible for small-batch production, prototype development, process development and refinement.
• Work with design team to improve performance, create new solutions and solve key challenges.
• Production and inventory management and QC. Dialogue with suppliers and partners.
• Development of production tooling and process flows to increase yield and throughput.
• Possibility to grow into production / R&D management role alongside founding team.
Requirements
Key Requirements
• Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree with 2 years relevant experience in Engineering or Physics.
• Strong knowledge of microfabrication, plasma physics, clean room processing and industrial manufacturing.
• Experience in clean room production in small batch quantities with understanding of production management.
• Hands-on experience designing, characterizing, and troubleshooting production tooling and process flows.
• Familiarity with industrial grade production tools and their requirements.
• Programming skills - Python or MATLAB.

• Good written and spoken English communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to formulate technical issues and solve them independently.
• Creativity and ability to work independently.
• Open-minded, eager to share knowledge, new findings, ideas and experience.
• Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups.
