We will empower this digital product team to explore new technology stacks and make tangible changes to the existing business. To achieve this, we need to bring in talented tech experts such as a Sustainability Process & Application Specialist.
By taking on the Process & Application Specialist role, you will build upon and lead the Mölnlycke global sustainability roadmap. You will be incorporating company strategy into our sustainability area while helping to create, maintain, and improve our systems and applications so that we can execute on our growth levers.
The placement of this position is near our headquarter in Gothenburg.
You will join an agile working team that is equally passionate as you about delivering the best values for end-users. You will benefit from being given the autonomy to assign priority to business requests based on your own strategic thinking.
You will gain global oversight of our sustainability initiatives and deliver creative solutions which meet the business needs.

Here are some of the key accountabilities for the role;
Responsibility to drive and support delivery team's overall mission with ownership of own and team's deliveries & performance of solution.
Collaborates with the delivery team members to deliver on team commitments.
Delivers quality configurations & development work relating to IT-systems in scope. This includes estimation, planning and management of configuration work, development work or other tasks reporting on progress.
Process implementations in targeted applications.
Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholder to clarify needs & solution.
Contributes to development and implementation of the global IT strategy including digital vision & mission and digital technology innovation roadmap.
Delivers on assigned backlog deliverables and iterations.
Develop and maintain expertise and best practice in relevant area including business processes, technologies, applications, and relevant data.

If all that sounds appealing, then here is what we would like you to demonstrate:
Previous experience driving and configuring digital products, with a particular focus on sustainability, EHS and LCA, preferably in a global company
Knowledge of Sphera - beneficial
The ability to bridge the gap between business requests and technical development capabilities
Strong Insights and trends in relevant markets and sustainability area
A true team player that enjoys communicating with different stakeholders
An understanding of business needs on sustainability topics and how to educate a global organization on its journey
Academic background with Master's degree in Information Technology or equal
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Agile and DevOps experience, including of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes
