Inter IKEA Group brings together three core businesses: Franchise, Range & Supply. Together we work constantly to improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for the many people.
IKEA is in a transformational phase where we need to develop and optimize the connection between omnichannel retail system with an integrated value chain through an updated business model, operating model and our business and data/technology infrastructure
We are now establishing a Process management department in Core business Range with the purpose to develop our processes, analyse and improve over time and lead and support the organisation to become a learning, always improving and high performing organization.
We are currently looking for Process analyst leader to be part of this exciting journey to enable our competitive advantage through leading by holding together across the integrated value chain: connecting functions and organizations for them to recognize the interdependencies of their individual success with a point of gravity in Develop the offer.

As a process analyst leader you will be responsible for creating conditions for value creation in our Develop the offer core process through leading and holding together insights and analytics to enable value creation. You will also work towards identifying areas where businesses can improve processes and workflows. Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
Facilitate the collection and analyses of insights in develop the offer process dimension, across legal entities in close collaboration with key stakeholders from Core business franchise, Supply and Retail and in connection to the other core processes such as "Selling the offer" process and "Supplying the offer process". Co-lead value streams in general. Lead value stream analytics in specific.
Hold together structure, create one source of truth for insights and data.
Analyse insights to understand real time root causes and through that take part of updating our business and data and technology blue print with focus on value streams and process development
Visualise insights in an understandable way & transform into actions for value creation
Take an active part in identifying and initiate development of capabilities for Develop the offer in process dimension (wow, competence, data & technology)
