This is a consultancy assignment - which means that you will be employed by Jurek Rekrytering & Bemanning. The assignment is planned to start 2015-12-01 and is expected to end 2016-06-30.

The Arena:
This is an assignment within the Procedural Quality Group responsible for inputting to the compliance strategy for Science Unit Quality Assurance and accountable for setting up and managing the business Quality Management System (QMS). The team includes a group of quality professionals that focuses on key strategic business initiatives from a compliance perspective and is accountable for the deployment of an effective quality management system for Science Units.

Tasks and responsibilities/The role:
The Procedural Quality Publishing and Administration Specialist is a member of the Procedural Quality group within the organization Global Regulatory Affairs, Patient Safety and Quality Assurance (GRAPSQA). This role develops, delivers and maintains publishing and logistical services associated with the procedural document management system (AZ-Doc) and the Learning Management System (AZLearn) used by GMD.

Typical Accountabilities
• Will be able to work independently, designing, executing and interpreting tasks related to publishing of procedural documents (PDs) including maintenance activities for the document management system housing the PDs.
• Liaises effectively with authors, reviewers or approvers of PDs to achieve understanding and good working practices relative to publishing of PDs
• Develop and maintain communication with representatives of assigned topic/business area for the collation of information about procedural information changes planned in allocated topics/business areas
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and partners regarding the Document Management System (AZ-Doc) as well as the Learning Document System (AZLearn).
• Work with technical experts to ensure that issues with functionality, access, training and support related to the LMS are highlighted and dealt with in a timely manner

Vem är du?

Minimum requirements:
• Experience of systems administration
• Advanced user skills for computer system applications
• Proven expertise in administration and information management
• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge of clinical research including processes and systems Quality Management
• Experience from working in an international environment using English.
• High technical understanding of computer systems.

Trainings and Education
• Experience of systems administration
• Experiences from AZ-Doc or any other Document Management System.
• Advanced user skills for computer system applications.

Preferred experience and key factors
• Strong ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work well under stressfull condition or to handle high work preassure
• Preferably prior experiences from working in an international environment, mainly with contacts in Sweden, UK and USA.
• We hope to receive candidates with prior experiences from AstraZeneca in general and with competence in AZ-Doc and AZLearn
