The Pricing function has the overall responsibility for pricing strategies, processes and the pricing tool. We're the link between Global Product Managers and Sales and are involved in implementing pricing strategies for products and regions. We're now looking for a Pricing Strategist to an exciting role where you get to make an impact on our business. The location for this position is preferably Hallstahammar but Sandviken, with frequent visits to Hallstahammar, is also an option. Some global travel may also be included in this position.
Your mission - continuously developing pricing strategies to ensure stability and growth
In this position, you act in a proactive way with strategies and solutions, and you're responsible for the overall pricing strategy as well as for making complex business decisions. Working in close collaboration with Global Product Managers and Sales, you analyze outcomes, and drive changes and improvements, and you use your knowledge of the field to influence what products and markets to push. You also act as a helping hand by educating internal resources in pricing. In addition to this, you ensure that our ERP system and related processes fulfill a purpose in the pricing work ensuring a continuous profitability for the business.
Your profile - excellent communicator with a passion for business development
We're looking for someone with a relevant university degree within business or technology. You have at least three years' experience from a similar role, preferably in pricing, but product management, finance or sales are also options. Experience from a role within an international and manufacturing organization is a plus. You have good IT skills and it is a plus if you're also familiar with M3 and Qlikview. As we act on the global stage, you need excellent communication skills in English, and knowledge of Swedish or other languages also comes in handy.

You easily build strong relationships, and you interact with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You can see the bigger picture but at the same time have an eye for the details.
