As Power Protection Manager at ABB Electrification, you will have full profit and loss responsibility for the ABB Power Protection business in Sweden.
You will lead a team of service and sales engineers. Your expertise in power protection and your ability to lead a team will be essential in this role.
Your responsibilities
Full profit and loss responsibility of the ABB Power Protection Business in Sweden.
Lead and develop the ABB Power Protection team.
Define yearly business & marketing plan including sales targets and development of resources.
Set up sales strategy according to ABB go-to-market main guidelines.
Set up service strategy including Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Implement routines, instructions and infrastructure to ensure that the team works efficiently and safely according to ABB guidelines.
Responsible for the technical design of ABB Power Protection solutions in the Swedish market.
Your background
Minimum Bachelor' degree in electronic / Power electronic engineering.
Minimum 10 years in strategic business management (sales and service) in Power Protection industry.
Proven experience in electrical integrated solution (Low Voltage Products and Systems) and good understanding of electrical infrastructure design basis for critical facilities (Datacenters-Hospitals- etc.).
Strong technical acumen in power protection field of business, influencing key customers, and partners.
Deep understanding of UPS systems in mission critical segments (Data Center, Infrastructure, Utility).
Superior business acumen and analytical skills & global international/multicultural mindset.
Experience in leading and developing small to mid-size teams with entrepreneurial business approach.
Ability to influence the organization's strategic business direction, and drive tangible and concrete actions to ensure progress.
Fluent in English.
