MAS/DCL Solutions MAS/DCL Solutions "Market and Sell Total Offer/Deliver & Develop Customer Loyalty" is a global unit within Group IT. The mission of the unit is to ensure that the Volvo Group's IT solutions and IT projects within the area of MAS/DCL are managed in an optimal way. The Global Solution Center Common Services is the function, within MAS/DCL Solutions, that is managing delivery responsibilities for the core solutions in the area of Master Data, Portals, eCommerce and Mobility used all all Truck Brands and BA within the Volvo Group. The function has full responsibility for project deliveries as well as for runtime (cost, quality of service).The function is staffed with its own resources, including experts in the corresponding MAS/DCL-area complemented with resources coming from the Shared IT Services organization. The function is supporting roadmap design and long term plan in its area and is responsible to drive deliveries according to the global solutions agenda. The Department Portals and eCom is responsible for the management of all deliveries for core solutions in the Portal area. The Department is also responsible for the management of all deliveries for eCom solutions on behalf of the MAS-DCL unit. The team has full responsibility of onetime (cost, scope, quality) and runtime deliveries (SLA fulfillment, cost, quality of service). The function consists of Solution Leader, Solution Experts Team Leaders , Solution Architects and Business Analysts, complemented with resources coming from Shared IT Service.Group Portals & e-Com.
The Group Portal and ECOM is responsible for the management of all deliveries for core solutions in the Portal and ECOM areas (for example, some solutions are Truck Dealer Portal, Penta e-Commerce...).

We are now looking for a skilled Solution Architect to strengthen our Portal team with a passion for architecture and high level design. Also a strong interest in working with modern communication channels to delivery Volvo Group Dealer and Customer portals.
You have a general knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process, long experience in application development and academic qualifications within relevant field of expertise.
The position requires that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
