Nexam is a privately owned company, established in 2009, with the head office in Lund, in the south of Sweden. The business involves sales, marketing, development and production of a novel and proprietary crosslinking technology to improve and boost properties of polymeric materials. Nexam has a global customer base and is involved in several development programs in Europe, Japan and in the US.
Nexam is looking for an experienced polymer processing scientist/engineer to apply her/his skills and knowledge to the manufacturing and processing of crosslinkable thermoplastics. The position will include:
Compounding and reactive extrusion development
Development of processing technologies such as injection molding, compression molding and extrusion techniques
Technical customer support/problem solving
Thermal, mechanical and chemical polymer characterization
You will work in a small fast growing and effective organization where you are expected to take full part in creating value and growing the company.
