91715 Projects & Implementation is a group within Complete Vehicle. We lead and implement operational development projects and working principles within Research and Development, focusing the domain of CAD and PDM Development.
We are a team of project leaders, business analysts and training experts, equipped with domain knowledge for our areas, project management skills and a great business knowledge. We are now looking for a person who can combine business analysis work with project management in a vibrant area of exiting assignments in a continuously changing environment.
As a PLM Project Leader, you lead projects that enables and implements efficient work methods as well as high quality IT solutions. You bring out the best in your team in order to deliver required quality within schedule, allocated budgets and scope. In your role as a PLM Business Analyst, you make people interact to eliminate obstacles in current and future processes. We believe that you have a logic mind-set, a structured way of working and share our passion for managing Product information in an ever-changing area of high technology product development.
Main responsibilities
* PLM Project Leader
+ Lead projects within Process, CAD and PDM according to DITS/ODGF methods, and secure the deliveries according to content, budget and time as agreed and base lined in Project Charter, Project Management Plan or equivalent
+ Manage change within affected organisations and drive implementation of OD projects
+ Report project status to sponsor and steering committee
* PLM Business Analyst
+ Drive Business Requirements Work with a holistic view, including AS-IS TO-BE processes
+ Being a bridge between different stakeholders
+ Workshop facilitation
* Both roles
+ Continuously reflect upon how we work and how to improve our way-of-working
Required qualifications
* Experience in Automotive or similar product development
* Experience in Operational/Method development or PLM support
* Experience of working as a project leader
* Experience of BA tools and techniques
* Proven structured approach
* Strong workshop facilitation knowledge
* Ability to listen and to pin point the core issue
* Experience from SCRUM or other agile methods
* Technical academic education, preferably Master of Science or similar degree
* Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
Personal qualities
* Interested in the PLM-area
* Positive and open minded, a great spirit!
* Excellent level of communication skills and ability to act as a team player
* Driven and self-managed
* Work in a structured and organized way
* Dedicated to project management
