Who you are
What is OnePLM?Correct product information is fundamental to our business - throughout the product lifecycle. OnePLM is a company-wide program which develops and implements PLM processes, standards, information and systems; all done with a very strong focus on business.
About the jobAs a member of a small core team you will help to develop and implement the PLM solution. You will evaluate new proposals and user requests and refine those with merit in order to hand them over for implementation. You will be responsible for designing and managing the change requirement process. In the roll-out projects you will work very closely with the Business Units as PLM Business Architect. An additional task is to act as project manager for the assortment "wash-out".
The position is placed in Lund.
Who you areYou are an analytical person with a holistic and business-oriented approach to problem solving. You are communicative and "selling" and you are not afraid of challenging old truths. A structured way of working is a given and you are comfortable with creating "structure from chaos" without any detailed instructions.
What you knowYou have a MSc in Engineering, MBA or equivalent and at least 10 years working experience from process related work such as new product development, supply chain/production development, service management or similar.Experience from working with PLM is a plus. Process development, information modelling and change management are other areas of merit.
