As a crucial part of the PLM organization you are part of providing capability for Epiroc core business and in extension making it possible for Epiroc to reach its goals.

Your Mission
As an Application Manager Business (AMB) at Epiroc, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the PLM applications and solutions that power Epiroc's operational units worldwide. You'll be an essential part of the business side in our application maintenance model (EM3/PM3).
At hand, you have a team of very experienced and professional application specialists whom you will lead to future success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Application Managers IT to develop and execute the yearly maintenance plan for PLM applications and solutions, aligning with the PLM steering committee's approval.
* Lead and guide internal and external resources in various maintenance activities, ensuring the seamless operation of PLM solutions.
* Ensure compliance with approved budgets and cost frames, and report on costs effectively.
* Safeguard agreements for applications and services, contributing to negotiations and reviews in partnership with both internal and external parties.
* Propose annual maintenance plans, budgets, and priorities in alignment with the Em3 model and main activity areas, including Maintenance Management, User Support, Change Management, and daily IT Operations and Maintenance.
* Reporting status on maintenance activities to steering group for your applications/areas, including finding constructive solutions to eventual challenges ahead.

Your profile
We believe you have around 3 years of experience in, maintenance/project management or team leadership roles. You have a solid command of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and an excellent understanding of application management along with best practices. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must. You possess natural leadership skills that enables you to effectively align stakeholders, developers, suppliers, and teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set, including the ability to adapt to change and excel in a dynamic environment. They will be skilled in positive collaboration within teams, projects, and Product Companies, underpinned by a strong dedication to meeting customer needs. Effective interaction, whether face-to-face or in virtual teams, will be a hallmark of their approach. They will showcase persistence when tackling challenges and meet obligations with a strong sense of reliability and responsibility. Their capacity to manage high-stress situations with poise will be noteworthy, complementing their talent for organized and independent work. A global outlook, thriving amidst diverse cultures, will come naturally to them. Furthermore, they will excel in introducing and coaching Product Company receivers on PLM output, while also diligently providing regular reporting and proactive follow-up on delivery precision and progress.
